Occupational Health Doctor (España)

An opportunity for an Occupational Health Physician has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Medical & Occupational Health Team. Our mission is to safeguard the health, safety, and well‑being of all Airbus employees. As part of our multidisciplinary health unit, you will play a proactive role in preventive medicine, emergency response, and promote a culture of health across our Getafe site.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical surveillance tailored to specific job profiles and risk exposure to effectively prevent, diagnose work‑related pathologies, and facilitate job retention.
• Identify, assess, and refer vulnerable employee groups or individuals to relevant specialists when appropriate.
• Propose, pilot, and participate in occupational health actions and projects in close cooperation and consultation with specialized teams.
