Are you a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing homelessness and poverty? The Mustard Seed is seeking a caring and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a pioneering role within a new recovery transitional housing program. Reporting to the Recovery Supervisor, the Occupational Therapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a sober‑based recovery model with rolling intakes. The program focuses on skill‑building, trauma understanding, social connection, and relapse‑prevention, alongside transitional housing supports that build recovery capital in areas such as independent living, financial literacy, employment, and connection to long‑term community supports.
