Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough in-home and discharge assessments
• Implement concussion treatment and cognitive rehab plans
• Perform ergonomic evaluations in various settings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Document client progress and outcomes
Requirements:
• Active membership with the College of Occupational Therapists
• Reliable vehicle for travel within a 1–1.5 hour radius
