Occupational Therapist [Day Activity Centre]

We are looking for Occupational Therapists / Senior Occupational Therapists to join our Day Activity Centre team at Rainbow Centre. The team aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through effective therapy and psychological services so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives.

• Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the occupational therapy needs of individuals with complex disabilities, using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Goal Setting and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to set person‑centred goals and priorities for intervention.
• Care Plan Development: Design and implement evidence‑based care plans to address the unique and complex needs of each client.
