Occupational Therapist - Inpatient - Per Diem

Job Summary

Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.
Job Duties


+ Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages.

+ Adheres to all department specific standards of care, clinical guidelines, and protocols in rendering patient care as described in department policy and procedures.

+ Completes assessments as established by unit standards and addresses physical, social, and psychological needs of patient and family.
