Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Per Diem Pay: OT: $80 per visit or $120,000 annually for direct hires COTA: $60 per visit Per-visit rates may be increased on a case-by-case basis for hard-to-fill visits, last-minute coverage, or other special circumstances.
