Our organization is collaborating with a facility located in Kentucky that is in need of locum tenens coverage for Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care.

• Assignment Duration: November 2025 - January 2026

• Work Schedule: 3 to 4 days each week

• Scope of Work: Combination of Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care

• Procedures: Standard Urgent Care practices

• Patient Demographics: Must be able to treat patients of all ages

• Electronic Medical Records: Allscripts

• Certification: DOT certified required
