Oenologist (English Speaking)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Nationality Preference: Indian or Pakistani
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of wine production and tasting. This is a part-time role, but the candidate must be available for urgent projects when needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on different grape varieties, soil types, and climate conditions to determine the best methods for producing high-quality wines.
- Monitor wine fermentation process and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform regular laboratory tests to ensure wine quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with winemakers to develop new blends and improve existing ones.
