Overview
Oenologist - Haur-Fakkan, UAE
We are seeking a qualified Oenologist to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with biometric passports and the ability to speak Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing wines for aroma, flavor, color, body, texture and other characteristics
- Conducting research into new grape varieties and winemaking techniques
- Selecting grapes from vineyards based on quality
- Managing fermentation processes and providing recommendations on blending wines
- Keeping records of tastings and laboratory tests
- Teaching winemaking techniques to staff
- Maintaining quality control standards
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
