We are looking for a Heat Exchanger Proposal Engineer to join our international tendering team based in Alcalá de Henares. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for heat exchangers in large-scale EPC projects worldwide, mainly within the Oil & Gas sector, as well as Power and other industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs, ITTs, and technical specifications from EPC contractors and end users
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for heat exchangers (shell & tube, air coolers, etc.)
• Review datasheets, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineering teams for technical compliance and optimized solutions
• Liaise with approved manufacturers and suppliers for quotations
• Perform cost estimation and pricing strategies aligned with project requirements
