Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative work. Prepare documents, invoices and reports. Answer phone calls and reply WhatsApp messages. Maintain filing and company records. Coordinate with management and staff. Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirements
Malaysian citizens only. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word). Good communication skills. Responsible and punctual. Experience is an advantage but not required.
