Receptionist/Office Administrator

As the Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will be friendly and outgoing, with great attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. You will demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, be polite, confident and excel at time management. You will have the wonderful opportunity to create a memorable first impression for our current and future clients.

Essential Functions

  • Welcome every caller or visitor with a polite, clear, and concise greeting. Ascertain their needs and connect them with the requested person(s).
  • Efficiently prioritize desk tasks with phone calls, client visits, scanning, email, and mail/courier.
  • Order and stock office supplies and kitchen supplies.
  • Accept payments from clients.
  • Complete weekly deposits.
