Job Description
Responsibilities
- Produce and send invoices to clients, process and deposit receivables, maintain client databases and track accounts to oversee the invoicing workflow.
- Manage overdue client accounts and send payment reminders.
- Manage, gather and enter various data used to set revenue & expenditure targets.
- Produce various reports such as employee logged hour reports & financial reports.
- Monitor employee training requirements and schedule training when required.
- Perform hiring duties such as managing job postings, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and update company website as needed.
- Coordinate with IT when office technology malfunctions or needs to be replaced/upgraded.
