Description
Responsibility:Administrative Staff in Kyoto office. Office admin to support Kyoto office and coordinate information and provide support in an office environment.
Office management; support in preparing and managing office supplies, as well as other general administrative tasks.
Shipping arrangement; support the handling of domestic and international shipping operation. 
Visitors support; support overseas visitors to welcome to Kyoto office
Traveler support; support to prepare for employees’ overseas business travel
Finance; support to check employees’ reimbursement request regularly
Asset management
Emergency Food Management
Others; up to situation
Qualification:Group administrative work / related job experience
Basic English reading and writing skills and Native level Japanese communication skill
Solid PC skill, MS application / Google application...
