Job Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare, format, and consolidate documents, reports, presentations, and records related to plant/site operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems, including permits, maintenance records, and vendor documents.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing regulatory and compliance documentation required by government agencies (e.g., DOE, LGU, DENR, or relevant authorities).
