Job Description
BDO Gisborne is looking for a capable and client-focused Office Administrator to join our Māori Business Unit. This is a varied role where you’ll provide administrative and client support to the team, help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
You’ll be joining a firm that values people, relationships, and exceptional client service, with deep roots in the local community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Māori Business Unit and the wider firm as needed
- Support the Executive Assistant in coordinating and delivering high-quality EA services to Māori Business Unit Partners
- Be a first point of contact for clients and shareholder enquiries
- Assist with wages, monthly payments, and other accounting administration
- Prepare client correspondence and documents for signing
- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and catering
