Siyakhaya Construction & Civils is seeking a professional and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative functions. Manage and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic). Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, contracts, and other documents. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement. Assist with HR administration including staff records, leave, and timesheets.
