Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Contract Office Assistant in Faisalabad. As an integral member of our office you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail including sorting, distributing and shipping packages
  • Assist with data entry, filing and other general administrative tasks as required
