Job Description

Description We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to support day-to-day workplace operations in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining an efficient, welcoming office while providing dependable administrative support across teams. The role is onsite on a part-time schedule, approximately three days per week for 3–5 hours per day, and requires a detail-oriented approach, strong organization, and an excellent service mindset.
