Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Finance and FinancialControls
·Supporting end-to-end salary processing activities from a finance and compliance perspective
·Verification and reconciliation of payroll inputs and outputs
·Review of statutory deductions including income tax and other applicable contributions
·Assisting in preparation of payroll-related financial reports and reconciliations
2. Provident Fund and Pension Fund Administration
·Processing withdrawals, transfers, and settlements of employee provident fund accounts
·Supporting pension-related compliance and documentation
·Assisting in reconciliation of provident fund contributions and records
·Liaising with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders for compliance-related matters
