We’re hiring an Office Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations.
This isn’t a passive admin role—we need someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and keeps everything moving without constant direction.
**What You’ll Own:**
- Onboarding/off-boarding + offer paperwork
- Headcount tracking and key employee updates
- IT coordination and asset tracking
- Inbox + document flow management
- Calendar, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Meeting prep, reporting, and follow-ups
- SOPs, systems (Notion), and internal organization
- Vendor coordination, office ops, and admin finance support
