Job Description

• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Team-working and relationship-building skills.
• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Overseeing construction work and manpower management.
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
• liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING.
• Preferably at least 10 years experience in construction and site engineering.
