Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (2015–2019)
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
At least 3 years of experience as an Office Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Well-versed in AutoCAD, Planswift, and SketchUp
With a valid driver’s license
Must know how to drive both four-wheel vehicles and motorcycles
Responsibilities
Office Engineer – Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project documentation (drawings, reports, submittals)
Maintain logs (RFI, submittals, transmittals)
Ensure proper document control and version tracking
Review drawings and technical specifications
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and designers
Assist in resolving technical issues and clarifications
Monitor project progress and update reports
