Weekday: 7 am to 7 pm (need to work 8 hours a day – follow roster planned by supervisor)

Every Saturday: 7 am to 1:30 pm (need to work 4 hours on Sat – follow roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week

• Provide frontline service as a representative of Clinic
• Register patients, schedule appointments and promote digital services
• Assist patients with self‑service kiosks
• Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned
