The Auckland team is looking for a proactive, experienced Office Manager to join our team. With 120 people to support and a focus on national business operations, you will be the engine room of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch.

  • Maintain a pristine, well‑stocked, and welcoming office environment for the entire team.
  • Manage essential invoicing, expense processing, and national account administration.
  • Drive engagement by organising social events and leading the onboarding of new starters.
  • Provide proactive, high‑level administrative assistance to our senior leadership team.
  • Streamline local processes and coordinate national requirements to keep our busy Auckland hub running at its best.
