Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time
D&J Roofing is a well-established roofing contractor serving Orange County. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager who can take ownership of the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction industry, is highly organized, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple projects while supporting our field and office teams.
Applicants with prior construction office experience will be given priority.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send customer invoices
Create and maintain job folders and job sheets
Track employee timecards and assist with payroll
