Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and appointments, handle correspondence, order office supplies, and maintain records.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Experience in office management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Experience with budgeting and accounting preferred.

This position is full time with a salary of 1400$ per month.
