Office of Human Resources – Snr Exec/Asst Mgr/Dpy Mgr (HR Services)

As a member of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in leveraging technology to optimise and enhance HR functions and service delivery to create a high‑performing future‑ready organisation. We are seeking proactive, forward‑thinking professionals who are passionate about the interplay of people, processes and systems, ready to serve as technology advocates to foster a ‘digital‑by‑default’ culture in the HR department. This role is a contract position for 2 years.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• HR digitalisation

  Enhancing and refining various HR processes through digitalisation and business process re‑engineering. Collaborating with colleagues to address HR needs and developing effective solutions to improve HR outcomes. Advocating the benefits of digitalisation/sharing digitisation knowledge within HR.
