Job Description
- Verify daily parking collection settlements / bank-in slips.
- Reconcile parking collections reports and liaise with vendor / banks to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle season parking applications, packages assignment, renewals, terminations, card activations, and customer enquiries.
- Prepare billing schedules and generate invoices in the system.
- Prepare monthly salary deduction listings and coordinate with Group Payroll for staff season parking fee deductions.
- Verify records and process reimbursements for parking fee and deposit refunds.
- Prepare aging report and follow up on overdue payments from individual, tenants, and companies.
- Handle season parking administration and customer service matters.
- Maintain accurate and complete season parking records in the car park system and master database.
