ROLE OVERVIEW

The CCM Officer is responsible for handling compliance-related report purchases, regulatory submissions, and document management. This role supports internal operations by coordinating with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. The CCM officer also helps manage urgent cases, prepares meeting minutes, and keeps stakeholders informed of any system issues affecting operations.

Conduct report purchases from platforms including LLP, IDAMAN, ROS, East Malaysia (EM), Singapore, E-Court, MDI, and land search systems.
