Job Description
- Operations Management: Assist in the daily processing of transactions related to investment settlements (equity, debt, money, and commodity markets), unit issuance and redemption, and corporate actions.
- Asset Safekeeping: Support the custody and safeguarding of all assets held in trust on behalf of unit holders/participants.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with NBFC Regulations, trust deeds, custodial agreements, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of trustee reports and other necessary documentation.
- Client Facilitation: Liaise with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Pension Fund Managers (PFMs), and other stakeholders to execute instructions and provide necessary support.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and asset movements.
