Role Definition
We are seeking an experienced Offshore HSE Specialist to ensure the highest safety standards during the installation operations of floaters for a Floating Offshore Wind Farm. This role requires an on-site presence both offshore and onshore, overseeing safety aspects during installation activities. The ideal candidate must be available for different shifts and have vessel experience, including towing operations, managing inductions, and verifying contractor certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HSE aspects during floater installation operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies in offshore and onshore environments.
Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
