Job Description
We are seeking a Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who is responsible in supporting Oracle HCM and Performance Management activities, including system analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, workflow support, documentation, UAT coordination, and production support. The role requires close coordination with HR users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth Oracle HCM operations and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
