Manager – Retail (Inventory), HOME BOX KSA

The Manager – Retail (Inventory) is responsible for end‑to‑end stock and inventory management across the territory within a home and furniture retail environment in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures optimal merchandise availability based on sales trends, seasonality, promotions, events, and floor space requirements. It focuses on maintaining inventory health through cycle counts, stock takes, and coordination with Retail Inventory Control (RIC) teams to reduce shrinkage and improve stock accuracy.

Key responsibilities include managing stock replenishment, forecasting demand, optimizing stock turns, maintaining appropriate stock cover levels, handling stock cannibalization across stores, monitoring sell‑through performance, and managing clearance of goods in transit and inter‑territory movements.
