What we will count on you to do
Manage the end-to-end Partner recruitment process, including interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding facilitation
Manage a high-touch candidate recruiting process, ensuring excellent engagement and best-in-class experience
Devise sourcing strategies with stakeholders, building a deep understanding of Oliver Wyman’s business and role requirements
