(O&M) Operations & Maintenance Technician - Solar PV & BESS

Introduction

We are looking for a skilled Operations & Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of commercial and industrial Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets.

This role is ideal for a hands-on electrical technician with strong solar PV experience, solid fault-finding ability and a mandatory 3-phase Wireman’s Licence / Installation Electrician registration. You will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, conducting site inspections, carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance, supporting commissioning and upgrades, and ensuring that assets operate safely and efficiently.

• Monitor plant performance, alarms and online portals to identify faults, yield deviations, abnormal trends and availability risks.
