**Job Summary**

Under close supervision, perform semi-skilled manual work, maintenance and operating duties of a minor or routine nature in connection with power plant operation. Assist in monitoring and inspecting all plant equipment including gas/steam turbines, generators, boilers/heat recovery steam generator (HRSGs), transformers, pumps, condensers, switchyard and related auxiliary equipment. Perform semi-skilled work in the checking, inspecting, repair, maintenance, installation and construction of plant equipment and structures. Perform semi-skilled technical work in conjunction with electrical systems, detection and repair of single loop control systems, electronic devices, communication systems and instruments such as meters, gauges, and regulators.
