The O&M Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintenance activities, safety compliance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of the solar PV plant. This role ensures plant reliability, manages on-site teams, and liaises with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead on-site operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance recovery. Conduct technical assessments, specialized maintenance, and commissioning/start-up activities.
