OME Supervisor

The Role

As an OME Supervisor, you will become an integral member of the Defence and Safety function, providing leadership and oversight in relation to areas of the Maritime & Land Business that transcend the business units.

Day-to-day,you will have a range of activities to manage, from staff development, stocktaking, H&S training and managing hazardous materials and the disposal of.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensure that all Hazardous Activities within your control are conducted in accordance with Internal and external legislation

Conduct munitions disposal tasks when required, in accordance with the relevant process instruction

Provide leadership, ensure the availability of competent staff and ensure that the appropriate level of supervision is applied to all tasks

Maintain QinetiQ Munitions Accounting System (QMAS) proficiency, providing cover when required
