On-Air Scheduling Specialist

Requirement:

• Min Dip in Communication
• Experience in Commercial Broadcast environment would be advantageous

Description:

• Ensure Commercials (TVCs) & Trailers provided by Sales team and On Air Promotions team are up-to-date and processed for broadcast on various platforms
• Co-ordinate the smooth execution of on air promotion campaigns (including Paid Commercials) for both internal & external platforms
• Responsible for completing assigned daily broadcast schedules
• Responsible for uploading all daily broadcast schedules
• Responsible for generating daily broadcast status reports
• Compile all weekly and/or monthly reports (including ad hoc reports)
• Be willing to work beyond office hours when the situation requires.
