Job Description
- Provide on-call and on-premises IT helpdesk support for users.
- Provide MAC OS Support including macbook, ipad, imacs and iphone.
- Arrange and manage Audio & video Conference calling for higher management (GCEO, CEO & HODs).
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, fixed assets, and asset tagging (including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, IPTs).
- Desktop and laptop installations.
- Offer Level 1 support for networking-related issues.
- Ensure 24/7 availability for IT support as needed.
- Ensure Users windows and antivirus updates.
