Job Description

  • Provide on-call and on-premises IT helpdesk support for users.
  • Provide MAC OS Support including macbook, ipad, imacs and iphone.
  • Arrange and manage Audio & video Conference calling for higher management (GCEO, CEO & HODs).
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, fixed assets, and asset tagging (including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, IPTs).
  • Desktop and laptop installations.
  • Offer Level 1 support for networking-related issues.
  • Ensure 24/7 availability for IT support as needed.
  • Ensure Users windows and antivirus updates.
