Job Description
Head of Non-Financial Reporting
Architect a world‑class reporting ecosystem that harmonizes regulatory requirements and positions sustainability at the heart of financial and strategic decision‑making. Serve as a strategic partner bridging finance and sustainability while building investor confidence in non‑financial performance and disclosures.
Responsibilities
- Own non‑financial reporting (NFR) and execute a multi‑year NFR strategy aligned with the Swiss Code of Obligations, CSRD, ESRS, and emerging disclosure requirements.
- Lead the annual Non‑Financial Report production, translating complex sustainability data into clear, transparent insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor external regulatory developments, proactively advise on compliance implications, and maintain confidence with stakeholders.
