On-Site Maintenance Technician

Bluestone Real Estate is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the living experiences of our residents.

As a Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is well maintained and tenant requests are addressed.

You will be expected to know basic mechanical and physical aspects of the building and units in order to perform then necessary repairs.

This position is located at Brookside Apartments   in Gresham, Oregon .

The schedule for this position is typical Monday through Friday but can involve other days and hours.

Responding to emergencies and on-call work may be required as business dictates.

General Duties Ensure all properties are operating at peak physical performance and efficiency.

Repair and maintain all equipment and building components.
