Your responsibilities include training staff, monitoring performance, and planning operational changes to meet evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations involving vehicle scheduling and dispatch
• Evaluate and improve department performance each day
• Supervise staff and facilitate their training needs
• Ensure compliance with all transport regulations
• Maintain accurate records of cargo and service hours
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in fleet management
• Valid driver's license and travel flexibility
