About the role
CustomerLabs is a Customer Data Platform that helps marketers capture, transform, and send first-party data to ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRMs. As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the technical onboarding of new customers from kickoff to we are live and the data looks right.
This is not a scripted SaaS onboarding — every customer's stack is different, and your job is to make CustomerLabs fit cleanly into it.
What you'll do
Audit each new customer's existing tracking setup — GTM container, GA4 property, Meta Pixel, ad platform pixels — and design how CustomerLabs slots in.
Implement the CustomerLabs on client websites and configure event tracking.
Build server-side event flows for key conversions (signups, purchases, form fills, custom events).
