Job Description
The Onboarding Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of new entities, programs, or operational changes into the current environment. The role ensures all changes are clearly identified, risks are assessed and mitigated, and stakeholders are aligned to enable a smooth, controlled, and successful transition.
The Onboarding Lead acts as a bridge between operations, change management, and stakeholders , ensuring readiness, adoption, and minimal service disruption during transitions.

- Identify and clearly articulate all operational, technological, and process changes resulting from onboarding activities
