Onboarding Specialist - Reserve With Google

As an Onboarding Specialist, Reserve with Google, you are a hands-on, high-volume driver of
customer success who works directly with our service professionals (our Pros) - including
plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople.
You assist them in
configuring their digital business profiles and establishing a seamless connection to our online
booking system so consumers can schedule services directly from search engine platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing environment such as onboarding, customer
support, or account management (phone and video interaction experience strongly
preferred)
- Proven capability to troubleshoot technical issues, investigate friction points, and identify
root causes independently
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm, helpful, and solution-oriented demeanor when
communicating with busy small business owners
