Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, real estate technology, or a similar environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with technology platforms including CRM systems, ticketing tools, and client communication software
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team
- Familiarity with A2P 10DLC compliance, MLS integrations, or lead management systems is a plus
