Onboarding/offboarding Specialist (Cota)

The HR Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist provides centralized human resources services in the areas of employment, recruiting, staffing, termination, benefits, compensation, HR Policies, HR information systems and employee services. He/she manages, organizes, and streamlines HR centralized processes in the HR Spoke Organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration of HR actions using the general and Standard Work Instructions (SWI) documentation.
• Coordinates hiring process of new recruits (including but not limited to pre-employment screening, travel, relocation, effective start date, security clearances, and visa coordination).
• Maintains new employee files and HR records, including data entry into HR systems.
• Updates and maintains applicant tracking system and recruiting files to support future activity.
• Run quarterly reports to better understand recruiting pattern and assist in strategies initiative.
