Job Description
Clinical Research Nurse-Oncology
Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
+ Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and investigational agents (including parenteral) per protocol and regulatory guidelines
+ Perform study-related procedures including:
+ Venipuncture and blood collection
+ Peripheral IV insertion and central line management
+ ECG collection and vital signs monitoring
+ Collect and handle biological samples in accordance with protocols and SOPs
+ Educate participants on study procedures, treatments, and potential side effects
+ Monitor patient well-being and identify/report adverse events
+ Document clinical data accurately per protocol and regulatory requirements
+ Respond to emergency situations following nursing standards
+ Provide ongoing patient education regarding clinical trial participation
